"Great furniture"I have shopped at Copenhagen for over 15 years. I have been to both the retail and clearance stores. The clearance center is great for discounts. You do have to look for flaws but for the discounts you receive it is worth the time and effort. For those looking for perfect furniture shop in the retail store and save the clearance store for those willing to trade a flaw for saving alot.

"Buyers beware"They do not stand behind their furniture guarantee. Furniture that falls apart with light use after a few months is referred to as normal wear and tear. Buyers beware. Customer service was good only until the sale was completed; when furniture began to fall apart, customer service was entirely uncooperative even at the highest levels.
