"Outstanding Staff and Eyewear"I love this place. I found so many frames that would work with my small features that I had to get two pairs. "Not the customer's fault that they received bad service."I was just looking up this place on Google when I saw the review. I went there before for an exam and the OD was nice. It does take longer to order from them than it does online. I do remember calling one time as well and not getting a courteous person on the phone and did have some problems ordering contacts from them. They ordered the wrong Rx. "Terrible Service"Woolf Eye Care Center in Gilbert, AZ has provided nothing but terrible service to me and my family. Dr. Woolf himself was standing behind the receptionist whom I was having a problem with, and he did not even bother to say a single word or offer his help or assistance. They are overpriced, not helpful, and have terrible service. Do not use Woolf.
