"Service beyond expectations"I've been a patient of Optique for several years. This year it was time for new glasses; when the new pair arrived, the shape/size was all wrong for my face. The staff cheerfully assisted me in making another selection of frames and lenses, and I got another pair of glasses that I love without paying another penny. That's superior service, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

"honest service"My lens had popped out of their frames. I thought the frames may be too damaged to fix. Michael fixed them while I was in the shop and said there was no charge. Talk about fast and honest service.

"I was impressed "Service was fantastic. The girl there helped me work my insurance to my best benefit without going out of my budget. They are truly honest in helping pick out the best look for myself. I have referred my entire family there. The doctor was kind and listened to what my complaints about my vision were. I didnt feel like I was "wasting" his time like I have felt at other places.

"Helpful staff! by Jennifer D. at InsiderPages "A trip to the eye doctor is never fun, especially if you need glasses. Eyeglass world has a doctor right there to examine you and give you a perscription. She was also very knowledgable on lasic surgery! Then the staff will help you to pick out a pair of frames that suit you. They didn't lie to me. If something didn't look good, they told me!

"Excellent Fast Friendly Service"They have been able to repair my favorite eyeglasses twice and we're not just talking about a loose screw or missing nose piece, we're talking BROKEN. They can laser weld the thinnest frame pieces back together again and the repair is virtually invisible, all generally within an hour of bringing them in. They're the greatest!

"wire frame repair"I took a pair of RayBan sunglasses in to have the wire frame repaired where it broke. I was quoted $49.00 for a simple welding of the frame that will take less than 5 minutes. When I said that $49.00 for this type of repair is unreasonable, the clerk was VERY RUDE and asked me to leave the store! This business is not recommended based on their arrogant attitude and excessive pricing.co
