This location could not get my metal to me in time to complete the job, and we almost lost the client over their mistakes. They were not sympathetic in the least. In fact, the General Manager was really unbelievably cruel about the whole thing. In the end we had to cancel the order after getting tossed around by every employee there. The GM, Jim Cherry, was very rude and completely unhelpful....
