"BEST HAIRCUT AND COLOR EVER!"My stylist moved and I didn't know where to go. A friend referred me to David, the owner of the salon. It was the best haircut and color I ever had. I have never received so many compliments on my hair. The salon staff is professional and upbeat. Great music and a fun place to get your hair done.

"Best Waxing in Phoenix!"I've looked into waxing at quite a few places, and even with a $5 tip Zara's is by far the cheapest. Only $25 for a full brazilian bikini wax, plus that extra $5 because the little Russian woman who does it is not only cute and funny, but very efficient and thorough. I highly recommend it to anyone with waxing needs in phoenix.

"Nice Clean Salon"I had a very nice experience from the time i walked in. Atmosphere was nice and the front desk gentleman help to schedule a pedicure for a friend that came with me to get my hair done. Very clean and well put together. "Not good"My expereince with them was not pleasant at all. First they were pretty rough in handling my hair and seemed to ignore my requests of being gentle. Then they did not do a good job of highlighting and my hair looked awful. It got a reddish colour which totally looked horrible and they didn't even offer to make it darker or bleach it tolighter shade. So wouldn't go again ever.

"Be assertive by Cristal P. at InsiderPages "I had the unfortunate event of getting a stylist who thought she knew it all! I asked her to give me a trim and she ended up taking off about 5 inches!! Plus she put layers threw out my hair useing a razor needless to say i was not happy I complained to management but what good is that! "Terrible Perm - Went for wave, left with poodle"I asked for a natrual wave with purple rods, short processing time. Left with a poodle do. I look like a little ole lady. It's horrible. Called the next day looking for advice or for them to do something to fix it. I was told I could return in 3-4 weeks for a perm at my cost. Thats ok. I will never return to this salon, or any of their locations.

"Poor customer service"I went there one day to get my haircut, as soon as I walked in I was waiting for 3 minutes. There was about 3 hairstylist there, but no greeting. Then finally the receptionist returned and greeted me, she then asked what I needed and pointed to a hairstylist who would be cutting my hair. The hairstylist who was sitting right by the counter doing nothing. I walked out and will never return.
