"They use overly fragranced sheets and..."Beautiful room, nice staff, great pool and spa, BUT oddly enough they use really potent, toxic, scented detergant on their sheets and towels. Everyday we woke up with puffy faces and could barely breathe. (No we didn't use the feather pillows) All night it was the overwhelming scent of dryer sheets and fragranced, chemically smelling sheets. ack! The hotel boasted a "clean linen"...

"Disappointed"Overall I was disapointed at this spa. Prices were higher than some spas than I had been to, but after all this is the Biltmore. When I arrived I found the envionment to be bland and disharmonious. Staff didn't seem to go that extra mile one would expect from the Biltmore staff.

"What Happened?"This must not be managed by Marriott Corporate as the service was horrible during my last stay. Will definitely not be going back. Front Desk was rude and the taxi took for ever to get there and made me late for my meeting. Why our company has this hotel as preferred is beyond me. A low rate is definitely not worth staying at this hotel.
