I do not work in the theatre business, but, I do know that the theatre does not have any control over what movies they receive nor when or how long the stay of the film will be. That is usually decided upon by the films production company. I have never had a bad experience at Harkins. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I have, though, witnessed idiots making fools of themselves...
