"Quick and Honest Service"The standard Jiffy Lube signature oil change is thorough and quick. The employees up-sell various top-offs and filters but be sure to ask them to show you. You can generally replace the air filters yourself as well as inflate your own tires. I prefer to get the required maintenance, that their system tells them about, done by my dealership. "Denied Service"I went there before 5pm to get an oil change and they told me its they were closed as i saw them working on a car already. I have been to the Jiffy on Northern and i think 12th St a min before 5pm and when i asked if they were still taking people they replied "is it before 5?", as the other two reviewers stated, i wont go there unless i have too.

"watch out for the hidden charges!!"WARNING- Watch out for these guys!! The 'lifetime' brake service only covers the pads that wear out (and let's face it- here in AZ that happens sooner than later). Funny- the 2nd 'warrantied' brake job cost me exactly the same as the first brake job- they just used some creative accounting to justify gouging me for the 2nd time.
