We needed a repair done for our pool and this company was recommended by our regular pool service. They came over the next day and gave us a written estimate. We scheduled them to come out to make the repairs. The technician arrived and said they would have to reschedule because he didn't have the necessary parts. "Horrible experience"It took nearly 6 months to get my pool built. Shasta did not meet any of the expected dates they set for themselves. From the initial dig to the finish work; poor follow-up, poor execution and no urgency in getting issues resolved. Towards the end, it took daily phone calls from me to get the pool finished.
