"Worst Experience EVER!"Don't ever, EVER take your car here to have work done! My car was in immaculate condition when I brought it in to Daniel Hancock. When I brought him my car to have the drivers side window fixed he told me it was going to be $700.00. I agreed to the price and they went to work. 3 weeks and $1500 later (that I NEVER agreed to) my car is in PIECES and they are claiming it needs $2000 more...

"Too Expensive ! $$$ Work does NOT match the price charged"I used to go to Virginia Auto until they began charging $100 - $200 for ALL diagnostics. (AKA last visit they wanted $200 just to look at my car) I confronted them on the $200 charge JUST to look at my car, and they claimed that they would deduct money if the repairs made matched their diagnostic.
