I have been a customer of Jones Auto and Tire for the past 17 years. They do the work on both of our cars. They have kept my 1992 Volvo running like it was new. I have found Bob, the owner, to be a wonderful, honest, and friendly person. Duane, his lead mechanic really knows his stuff. The rest of the staff both mechanics and tire guys are always helpful and friendly. My wife does not mind...

Do NOT use this shop!

Poor quality work. Unqualified mechanics. If you need someone that can diagnose and solve problems, find someone else. They recommend work that isn't necessary and they guess at solutions, all under the guise of "saving you money." You'll end up with a nice fat bill and nothing solved. The shop is filthy.

EXCELLENT SERVICE & GREAT PRICES!!! by Johnny R. at InsiderPages

I sure wish I had asked my neighbor for a referral before I took my truck in to two other shops. Pat's Mechanic laterally got right to the problem while I was waiting for my ride, within 15 minutes. The problem the two other shops misdiagnosed, and charged me $200 per visit. Every other visit to Pat's has been the same EXCELLENT! I don't live close to Pat's shop, but its well worth the drive....

i cant stress enough about how good this place is.they always have great promotions going on about deals on tires and i have found that they always have the best prices around. i have also not found more friendlier service staff. they know what your autos want and they find it for you.very competent staff.

this place for one thing is good for tires no doubt, but leave the car repair to another automotive facility. my first impression of them was a good one but that was just a wheel alignment and tire rotation but as for a spark plug tune ups and such leave it to the real experts.

Great repair's! Great service's! by Tyler N. at InsiderPages

This place is great, words can't describe the experience I've had with these guys. They specialize in just about everything you need on cars, and they offer great deals on their services as well. I would recommend these guys to anyone for a ton of reasons. One they gave me an estimate before doing the work needed on the car. Two they figured out what exactly was wrong with my car in minutes....

Misrepresentation

This is not a company I would EVER take a vehicle to, the reason being, they use used parts, charging the customer for new parts. They install faulty parts in hopes to bring the customer back for more business, so they can charge more money.
