"Fantastic service"When my Ac went out I was a little leery about hiring an Ac company because I have gotten bad service from other companies in the past. I must say I was plesently surprised what great service I received. My service tech, Jason H, was kind, patiently explained the problem to me and I have not had a problem with my Ac since. "Slow to respond"Contracted with Ace to install a Carrier unit. Showed up on Friday with a Bryant. Tried to convice me was just as good as a Carrier. I insisted on what was in my contract. This meant no A/C on a very warm weekend until Monday because they had already pulled my old unit off.
