"Slow to respond"Contracted with Ace to install a Carrier unit. Showed up on Friday with a Bryant. Tried to convice me was just as good as a Carrier. I insisted on what was in my contract. "Great service"My grandmother recommended this place to me when my ac went crazy this past summer. He came out and fixed the problem right away did not push me for payment, he said I could just drop it in the mail. He also gave me a discount for being a referral. "ac repair"My ac stopped working at 5:30 on a Friday night, not good, I called several companies but no one would answer the phone then I called Adams Refrigeration. "Very rude customer service"I cannot rate the quality of the repair work or service since we did not use them. However, the gentleman we spoke with on the phone was rude and unhelpful so I canceled the work order and found another company that was more customer oriented. I would not recommend calling this company.
