"Fantastic service"When my Ac went out I was a little leery about hiring an Ac company because I have gotten bad service from other companies in the past. I must say I was plesently surprised what great service I received. My service tech, Jason H, was kind, patiently explained the problem to me and I have not had a problem with my Ac since. "Slow to respond"Contracted with Ace to install a Carrier unit. Showed up on Friday with a Bryant. Tried to convice me was just as good as a Carrier. I insisted on what was in my contract. This meant no A/C on a very warm weekend until Monday because they had already pulled my old unit off. "Very quick and professional"Serafins came out on a Sunday evening and didn't charge us any extra service charge and they fixed it quickly and professionally.
"This guy is the worst ever!!!"This guy is a loser. We asked him to come out and install a part in our heat pump, and he stole the part!!! We called him, and he promises to return the part, but he never did. So we even went to the police, and an officer called him, and he promised to return the part. But he never did. If you do call this guy to your house, watch him like a hawk.
