"Do you want to be cheaded and insulted?"The staff is rude. Pressure to get unnecessary repairs. Insult customers who question their estimate, or do not want to have all the recommended service done. Put the most expensive jobs first and make custumers with smaller repairs wait longer. Send customers who had made an appointment away saying that they are busy. Do not meet the schedule. I will never go there again.

"NOT SO ...FAIRLY PRICED!"Friendly, yes they are, but I received a quote prior to getting oil change done and at check out was charged $15 more! Also had brakes checked out and they wanted $99 for 1 hr labor (no parts) resurfacing rotors...when I can get all four brakes (lifetime) for same price elsewhere, this is out of the ball park.. I had no idea mechanics make $99/hr, I am in the wrong field. Not reasonably...
