Biggest furniture store I have ever seen. Staff tells me 18 rooms all around 5000 sq feet

"Worst Customer Serice EVER"NEVER EVER will I buy anything from Pruitts again. The worst customer service EVER. The highest manager I spoke with was the GM, he refused to tell me the owners name or any additional information to get our problem resolved.
