"No way"I decided to drive across town to see this flower shop because they do so much advertising. Let me tell you, it is a dump. Not only is the location terrible, but their flowers were awful. I saw some designs and they look like a 5th grader had done them. No wonder all they did is show me a book. There is no imagination or style. "Out of business"Looking for a local flower shop? This isn't it. They are out of business. You'd be much better of finding a real flower shop and make sure you don't call an 800 number. Area code in Phoenix is 602. Make sure the flower shop is in Phoenix and that the person you speak with is actually in the shop not sitting in a cube somewhere taking your money.
