"Slow to respond"Contracted with Ace to install a Carrier unit. Showed up on Friday with a Bryant. Tried to convice me was just as good as a Carrier. I insisted on what was in my contract. This meant no A/C on a very warm weekend until Monday because they had already pulled my old unit off.
