"a loyal customer for 17 years"i have used mail plus as my only packing and shipping service for 17 years. i've shipped artwork, crystal, furniture and just about everything in between, domestically and internationally as well. they are professional, courteous, and offer a great value. several years back there was damage to an item, but ups accepted responsibility because the boys packed it well beyond ups standards....

"Terrible packaging"These people claimed to be able to pack a glass object. The glass object arrives shattered and now they refuse to reimburse me for the repair cost. I am so frustrated---I handed them my object to pack and it literally had NO bubble wrap. I cannot believe this is a professional packing store.
