"Ride from Surprise"I have used the Wheel Shop for the past 5 years and will ride from Surprise to their location to have tires put on my Fatboy. They are honest with their work and with what they tell you. I was just there on Thursday to have tires and brakes put on my bike, I was able to wait ( under 1 hour ) and when the bike was completed to my amazment no brakes as it did not need them. Firestone rotated my tires and did a safety maintenance check, I then got on I-17 and lost control of my vehicle, 2 of my tires were coming off of my vehicle. Firestone has NEVER taken responsibility other than towing my vehicle and only replacing the missing lug nuts, then with the safety of my family NOT AN ISSUE, stated that my vehicle was ready for pick-up.
