THEY ARE KINDA KORKY, BUT MEAN WELL. I HAVE USED THEM FOR CUSTOM DESIGN, REPAIRS, AND PURCHASING GIFTS FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY. I AM EXTREMELY PICKY ABOUT EVERYTHING. THE CUSTOM DESIGN WAS BEYOND MY IMAGINATION. THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS PERFECT....

"Simple items they do well, but...."They did fine with resizing and were on time. However, I felt they had a very difficult time with custom jewelry. Their prices are quite high for it, they were very late and excuses they had were many. The jewelry they had pre-done by the designer is fine and pretty but if you want your own custom design, it seems out o fhis league and they are absolutely ridiculously slow. I had a hard time...

"EXCELLENT by danny b. at InsiderPages "Bought my wife's necklace here a year ago. Was pricey and put it on layaway but always was greeted with a smile when i went in to make a payment. Never waiting more than a few minutes to talk to someone. Selection is very good and prices very reasonable. Wife loved the necklace and we go in there often to see the new products. A lot of the salespeople know us by name!
