"Do not expect any consideration and service"This firm will absolutely refuse to help an occupant that has a problem with the hot water heater. They will do two things 1) state that you need to pay for fixing a broken heater and 2) complain that they are not being paid time and a half and simply hang up on you. I moved in and found all kinds of things broken and falling off.
