"Awful, Disorganized the type of Contractor you don't want"I would classify PMS as Awful, disorganized and the type of contractor you don't want.

These guys are scam artists! They had me purchase items and then failed to credit me the difference from the quote. I was told that they would return my check, then cashed it. They have not answered ANY of my phone calls or returned any messages. The service guys showed up +3 hours late both times they came to my house.
