"Great service, honest people!"I have a Nissan Altima that needed immediate attention to the air conditioning (it is getting hot out!). I found Import Car Specialists online and decided to use them. They fixed my air conditioning the next day AND the cost was 30% less than what they had quoted me! I am relieved that I have finally found a reliable and honest place to take my vehicle when needed! "Great Service"These guys know what they are doing. I was having trouble with my car and had taken it in to several shops (the problem never seemed to occur when I had it in the shop). No one seemed to be able to diagnose, let alone fix the problem. The folks at Mike's were so nice and were very willing to find the problem and fix it.

Horrible horrible business practices. Lie to get you in at a lower price then automatically start adding charges. Take over a month to get your car repaired. If you have not given them your 800.00 deposit back - get out while you can. Try your hardest to get it back if you have already paid it and run for higher ground as fast as your tow truck can take you. Once the work is finally done...

"Poor Customer Service"I called about a part. They said they had it in stock and gave me a quote. I told them I would be right down to pick it up. The salesman asked me my name. I got to the location and they had my name attached to the part, but said it would be an hour and a half wait. I asked why, and he said they have to pull the part and there is a line. I told him I don't have an hour and a half to wait...

"Automotive parts by Donna V. at InsiderPages "Daughter just recently went there looking for a part, the parts person was friendly and found here the part which she purchased. Upon trying to install it we discovered it was the wrong part. When she went to return it the insisted that it was the correct part and basically argued with her like she was lying. That is unacceptable behavior.
