"RUDEST PLUMBER IN PRESCOTT DOES NOT HONOR GUARANTEE"The owner of Singletree Plumbling installed a hot water heater - and stated that the work and hot water heater were guaranteed. At the time he installed it I also told him that the pressure relieve valve was leaking - he said he would get it all reparied.
1 month later not much hot water anymore and the water is flowing out of the hot water relieve valve.
Took them 5 days to return my call...

"Does not stand up to their promises or advertisments"We bought a new RV at Affinity RV in Prescott. It has many problems and we have only put on 4300 miles. But now Affinity refuses to fix the problems. We bought locally so we would not have to travel far distance for repairs or service. Now our RV is not usable but Affinity will not stand by it's promises of local service. What happened to customer service?

"Didn't do what he promised"We made the mistake of not getting it in writing. He was vindictive at the end and didn't finish the job. The work done for the price we paid was not quality work. I will never recommend nor use his business again.
