"Great comfortable living"I lived there for 2 years and never had a real problem. Sometimes you get a neighbor that likes to party a little too much but that could happen anywhere. The manager Steve is the greatest, will go above and beyond for you. Its so close to ASU and also a great location if you need to jump on the 202 or 101. I would recommend it to anyone.‎

"very reasonably priced"This hotel has great prices and nice rooms for the prices they charge. If you are not looking for anything too fancy this would be a good place to check out. They take reservations in advance but when I have had guests they have never had a problem getting a room here the same day without a reservation. The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful during their stay.

"Not so Suite by Matthew B. at InsiderPages "The hotel's Web site says all suites have refrigerators and microwaves. Our room didn't for some reason. Also, it really wasn't a suite at all. It was a large room with one king bed and the Jacuzzi in one corner. The only other room furnishings were a small table with two chairs. Perhaps they do have true suites, but ours was not even close.

"It just feels past it's prime."This was a really tough joint. From the dirty carpet in the room, the loud and argueing breakfast crowd, to the strip club located between the street and the hotel. But what really made me move was the police tape across the doors to the lobby in the morning and the ambulance taking someone away.
