"NOT SO ...FAIRLY PRICED!"Friendly, yes they are, but I received a quote prior to getting oil change done and at check out was charged $15 more! Also had brakes checked out and they wanted $99 for 1 hr labor (no parts) resurfacing rotors...when I can get all four brakes (lifetime) for same price elsewhere, this is out of the ball park.. I had no idea mechanics make $99/hr, I am in the wrong field. Not reasonably...

We've always had consistently good service from our "neighborhood" auto shop. The mechanics are knowledgeable, and the staff is helpful.We always get our tires here and have never had an issue with getting tire warranty work done.
"Diagnostic Test but no diagnosis"When I questioned the service mgr why I needed a $90 diagnostic test even though both he and I knew what the problem was (a leak) he still said it was required. When I went to pick up the car he still couldn't tell what the exact problem was but that I could replace three different parts for $750 and that would fix the problem! What a waste of $90. Would not recommend!

Then to top it off they tell me that they will re-order the grill and told me it would be in in the morning....well they weren't answering their phone...
