"Consistently great service"My wife and I frequent this salon, and I go to whoever is available as I have never had a bad cut from here. My wife sees Shana for her color. We leave happy every time. The staff is friendly, and the salon is cleaner than a lot of other places I have been. The shampoo bowls are a huge plus for me because I have issues with my neck, and they are reclined and comfortable. I highly recommend.
"TERRIBLE NEVER GOING BACK"This is the worst salon I have ever been to. I have never met a stylist, Jackie, who made more excuses. "I know you said you wanted to grow your hair out, but..." "I know you want to frame your face, but..." "I know you want to trim your bangs, but..." "I figured you didn't want your hair this poofy, but..." Hell with that! I want a stylist who is actually going to listen to what I want...

Meanwhile we have a friend who boards there dog there that is known to bite other dogs and people. The shear ignorance of dogs and the relationship between breed and behavior is astonishing.‎
