"Not to pleased"First time we visited this office because of in-network Insurance, they lost our paperwork and we had to re-filled another one. They did not call for appointment reminder, twice now, asked the support staff about it and they seemed like not cared and don't know what is going on. We are ditching them and will find another dentist.

"charged"My son's dental plan has changed three times in three visits. These visits happened less than four days apart. He had work done that we were not told about until after it was done without out consent. The work he orignally needed is still not done. They keep charging us and they are not doing what we were told needed to be done.

"I have to disagree with all the negative..."I have been going there for years, and believe me, it takes a lot to impress me. Yet I have always been very happy, both with the front desk people who are always very professional, and with the dentists. I haven't been pushed to buy anything, and only had major work done once or twice, which was done to my satisfaction. It is a high end dentist, but I do want the best for my teeth.

"Felt like a scam to me."I received a $39 cleaning/exam/x-rays coupon in the mail and was even able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The coupon had an asterisk next to the price, noting that you had to be a new patient and not have perio (gum) disease, to use it.
