"A-MAZING!!"Brianna is excellent! my hilites are perfect! I think that's because she's a Color Specialist, which i had never been to a salon that specialized before. And while i was sitting there i noticed Brianna had a picture out from her being in the paper last year for being one of the 8 great hairstylists in AZ. I was so impressed. And afterwards Chelsea gave me a FREE blowdry and it came out great!...
"No Customer Service"Apparently here at Taglio, the client is to blame for all hair mistakes. My colorist fried my hair to the point that it was melted!! Then had the stylist cut off the damage, about 3 inches of length. When I got home my hair was breaking and I found burns on my scalp. When I called the next day, they said I could come in for a deep conditioner for another $40. When I talked to the manager...
