He corrected the receptacles that did not work, which by the way were installed by another contractor, relocated my cable TV, outlet and fixed some lighting. Our hats off to them!. The Spa Fairy came out and took us through everything. She was a wealth of knowledge and the chemicals we purchased from her were very competitively priced. As new spa owners, we look forward to doing business with the Spa Guy and his Fairy!
"Slow on everything & does a bait and switch with pricing."He will give you one price and then a bill for double the amount. Never returns calls. Always late. Be careful doing business with them, their contracts mean nothing.

"Horrible Customer Service"I brought in my guitar to have the techs fix it up and polish so that I could donate it to a child I was sponcoring for Christmas. I was NOT called for 2 days! When I called to come pick it up and deliever it to the family, absoltely nothing had been done! Now the child does not get one of the only gifts he asked for for Christmas, how do i explain that to thier son?. How hard was one phone...
