This practice is awesome. Their website allows me to request an appointment on my time instead of callin the office during the day. <br />
<br />
The staff offers the best customer service. When you call the office a "live" person actually answers the phone. I do not have to go through an automated system. How refreshing.

the office was clean and the front desk staff friendly and attentive. Having a well room and sick room is nice when monitered closely by staff --( some parents don't know the difference).

"Great Doctor"Doctor Bailes is the best!! He doesn't make you feel like you aren't important. He spends the time needed to get all the facts. I've been seeing him for years and moved to the East Valley, I drive an hour just to see him. He's great!
