"Fantastic service"When my Ac went out I was a little leery about hiring an Ac company because I have gotten bad service from other companies in the past. I must say I was plesently surprised what great service I received. My service tech, Jason H, was kind, patiently explained the problem to me and I have not had a problem with my Ac since. "Slow to respond"Contracted with Ace to install a Carrier unit. Showed up on Friday with a Bryant. Tried to convice me was just as good as a Carrier. I insisted on what was in my contract. This meant no A/C on a very warm weekend until Monday because they had already pulled my old unit off. Granted they did offer to put the Bryant up and then change it out but I felt like they would not be back to do that. It...

"Unreliable"There are 29 registered complaints with the Better Business Bureau against George Brazil. We should have looked there first! We had a large leak on a Sunday morning. They advertise no overtime or weekend rates. We called them, "no problem, we can get to you today, we just have one water heater to install and we will be right there".
