I have never been so blatently lied to by the service manager at Complete Marine on pricing for SIERRA PARTS and service hours. Absolutely horrible service if you have any knowledge at all about boats and parts you will go somewhere else or pay 100 (or 1 hour)...

"Stay away from these people."Leased a Z-4 Roadster from Chapman in 2007. Went ot get a pre-end of lease inspection from them about 2 weeks ago. They had me wait an hour and a half before telling me that "Bart" was out of the office and he was the only one that could do the lease turn in. Went to BMW Scottsdale, and they have great customer service and were shocked at Chapman BMW attitude toward it customers. Turns out...
