The next time I needed another part , of course I called them again . This time they had the part I needed but recommended I buy this part new as it was one of the rare occasions that a used part was a bad idea .

(AKA last visit they wanted $200 just to look at my car) I confronted them on the $200 charge JUST to look at my car, and they claimed that they would deduct money if the repairs made matched their diagnostic. If you have not given them your 800.00 deposit back - get out while you can.
