"don't touch this one"Owner sent an incompetent kid to do three repairs. He repaired two problems with a bathroom sink, but couldn't fix the shower faucet drip. Meanwhile, the plumber broke off screw head that holds the washer in place and couldn't put back the faucet base (that goes up against the tile) so that it was tight... and he didn't tell me that he broke the screw and couldn't replace the base.... VERY...
