"Unreliable"There are 29 registered complaints with the Better Business Bureau against George Brazil. We should have looked there first! We had a large leak on a Sunday morning. They advertise no overtime or weekend rates. We called them, "no problem, we can get to you today, we just have one water heater to install and we will be right there". At 3:00pm we received a phone call. Two "members called"...
