"NO CUSTOMER SERVICE"I WAITED OVER 20 MINUTES before anyone came over to help me find a floor and the person that did help me didn't know anything about floors. I went with a flooring company that came to me instead.‎

"Home Depot on Bell Rd."Wow this home depot on 2217 e bell rd.SUCKS!!!. When you need help the assoc's are not around, or they just dont care. I followed an assoc. around the store just to see if he was working or killing time, well sure enough he was killing time as he passed customers who were looking for help his reply was i dont work in that dept. i'll get you someone. but all he did was go in to a back room...
