HA HAHA He even does that pathetic "pretend to call the manager trick" He picks up the phone and acts as if hes negotiating with a higher-up on your behalf. LOLLL!!!!

"Stay away from EVER READY GLASS !"They changed my windshield 3 times b/c it was rattling. I finally asked the subaru dealer to recommend someone. He pulled it off and found rust all around. The windshield was improperly installed and water seeped in. I called EVER READY and they told me I voided my warranty by having someone else mess with the windshield. "Disappointment with tint job and customer service"The tint job wasn't done well; like an unfinished stitching on cloth, and they burned up the door lining. What is even worst is that the management refused to accept any responsibility and feedback. I am appalled by how little experience they have in customer relation, and how cunning their response was.
