"Much Improved"I've been riding taxi cabs in the Valley for 5 years and couldn't help but notice Sunrise cabs cabs getting nicer and nicer while giving me the best rate in town. Seems recently they are the only cab I call. But Be Warned! Many drivers for Sunrise seems to chain smoke cigarettes, but they usually ask before they light up and put it out when I request with much grumbling.
