I came from the Bay Area where a lot of good Chinese restaurants where but when I came to Scottsdale, all the Chinese restaurants had bad food. "What are people thinking?"Their curries are essentially stews or soups. They lack any consistency or thickness. Their massaman curry resembled Campbell's Chunky beef stew instead of the classic thick red curry with your choice of meat.
