"One Of the Best Thai..."Hi.. "Char-broiled?"When I first moved to the area, I asked many people where I could find good Thai Food, and several suggested Char's. So, I have been there three times, and have had three disappointing experiences, leading me initially to believe that there is no good Thai food in Phoenix. I can get over the Wild Western decor (I think), but I can't get over food quality problems, soggy chicken, overcooked...
