"Pass the blame..."I got 4 new 30000 mile tires that wore out after 10000. I did everything I was supposed to do yet they gave me the run around and I never got any help. To make matters worse, they talked down to me as if I didn't know what I was doing. Horrible service, poor customer relations from the top down.
