"RUDE SERVICE"During a stop, one driver was blocking a university campus parking lot exit. Upon POLITELY asking him to move, the driver offered only rude slamming of his equipment before moving his vehicle (which took 30 seconds). When I called the company, I was told that "that is the nature of the job and I CANNOT ACCOUNT FOR HOW OUR DRIVER BEHAVED TOWARDS YOU." No apology. I work for a police department...
