They impounded my vehicle when I was parked in a fire lane. I knew I was in the wrong when I did it but I didn't think I would be towed. When I picked my car up the following morning I couldn't believe the attitude of the other customers and the bullcrap that this company deals with on a daily basis. They were more than pleasant with me and my girlfriend.
