No games...a welcome pleasure.
Nobody likes the "games" that the sales people play when you are car shopping on the lot. I had already done my homework and knew what I wanted and how much to pay for my new car. After visiting two other lots, I went to Pioneer and was happy that there were no games. I was ready to buy and they were ready to sell. I love it when a plan comes together!

Came to the rescue
You don't think much about your air conditioner when it is working but when it stops working it becomes an emergency. My emergency started when it was 99 degrees and the afternoon had not arrived yet. I called Magic Touch around 12:30 and they gave me an appointment between 3pm and 6pm the same day. To my pleasure they called me at 2pm and said they could have somebody there by 2:30. A very neat looking man showed up at exactly 2:30 and went right to work. He found the problem in about 30 minutes and told me after he fixed it and got it working again he could check the rest of it and make sure it was all working well. The rest of it seemed to be ok so no other problems. He gave me a 15% discount for getting the Comfort Plan which was an easy decision with the money the discount provided. Although I don't see how they could have come to my rescue any quicker, the plan makes me a priority member.
