"not good service by brian m. at InsiderPages "I took my car into be fixed here- I had just had some minor work done about 6 mths before- I was told that I needed new rotors and it would cost 450.00- I said I wanted to see the rotors as I just had them replaced 6 mths prior.
I sat in their waiting area and no one came out to show me the problem- after going and complaining that I was going to be calling news shows to tell of their fraud...

"NOT SO ...FAIRLY PRICED!"Friendly, yes they are, but I received a quote prior to getting oil change done and at check out was charged $15 more! Also had brakes checked out and they wanted $99 for 1 hr labor (no parts) resurfacing rotors...when I can get all four brakes (lifetime) for same price elsewhere, this is out of the ball park.. I had no idea mechanics make $99/hr, I am in the wrong field. Not reasonably...

These guys are top notch - I had my classic '67 Pontiac in and they had me in and out in under two hours for lower control arm bushings and the best alignment my car has had in years!

I was set an appointment,took the day off of work to do my alignment and left my truck there.<br />
When I came back my truck had not been touched and they said they could get to it tomorrow.
