"The customer service at this verizon store is terrible. I"The customer service at this verizon store is terrible. I signed in to ask questions about my phone plan and the employees let other customers walk in without signing in and cut in line. I waited for over an hour before I got tired and left. I like verizon very much, their phones get service everywhere, but I will not be returning to that location due to the poor customer service.
